Large Medical Network — a multi‑hospital system with more than 10,000 users (including over 3,000 power users) — needed to replace its aging ASG‑Mobius ECM environment while moving to a distributed platform, single repository, J2EE/Oracle integration and LDAP authentication. After an RFI process, the organization chose Systemware and its Legacy Archive Processor (LAP) and Content Server to handle the archive conversion and platform migration.

Systemware’s team used the LAP to convert the archive; while the overall replacement took seven months, the document and definition migration itself completed in just 30 business days, moving more than 70,000 LAP versions and over 5,500 document definitions into Systemware Content Server.
