Case Study: Lime Therapy becomes acquisition-ready with systemHUB

A systemHUB Case Study

Lime Therapy becomes acquisition-ready with systemHUB, onboarding 7 new starters in a quarter

Lime Therapy, a rural allied health practice with around 40 staff, faced a significant challenge in scaling its operations. Despite its growth, the company struggled to consistently onboard new hires and embed its unique culture, known as the "Lime Way," into its daily processes. Founder Renee Kelly found herself heavily involved in operations, and existing policy documents were unused, creating a key-person dependency problem.

The practice implemented the SYSTEMology methodology through the vendor systemHUB's Systems Champion Academy program. They identified an internal systems champion who documented their core processes. This allowed Lime Therapy to systemize its operations, embedding its culture into every procedure and freeing the founder from daily tasks. The results were transformative: they successfully onboarded seven new starters in one quarter with confidence and eliminated key-person dependencies. This made the business so well-run that it attracted an acquirer, Genshare, which was able to see through due diligence that the company could operate successfully without its founder.
