Case Study: UNICEF powers multilingual humanitarian learning with SystemSeed’s ANU LMS

A System Seed Case Study

Preview of the Unicef Case Study

Unicef powers multilingual emergency learning across 30+ countries with SystemSeed

The customer, UNICEF, faced the challenge of transforming a lengthy emergency response manual into a more accessible digital resource. They needed a platform that functioned like a digital handbook, allowing users to easily navigate and reference information, rather than a traditional linear course. The vendor, SystemSeed, addressed this with their ANU LMS product.

SystemSeed implemented their flexible ANU LMS, customizing it to reimagine the course catalogue as a digital handbook with intuitive filtering and search. The solution also included a streamlined backend for editors and translators. The result was UNICEF's Minimum Services Package (MSP), which became the global reference for emergency response guidance. It is actively used in over 30 countries and available in five languages, with its early availability in Ukrainian proving critical for the humanitarian response there.
