Nutra-Med Packaging LLC, a U.S. and Canada packaging and repackaging provider for pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical devices, diagnostics, and dietary supplements, needed to meet complex DSCSA compliance and transformation requirements. When three new customers had to be onboarded quickly, Nutra-Med faced an aggressive deadline to transmit data electronically through its existing serialization system, but multiple vendors failed to solve the challenge.

Systech implemented its UniTrace supply chain track and trace platform to enable secure EPCIS data exchange, support compatibility with legacy serialization data, and connect with more than 50 customer endpoints, including custom integrations. As a result, Nutra-Med met the critical deadline, sped up onboarding from days to hours, and expanded from being its customer’s smallest contracting packaging partner to its largest, opening the door to new business opportunities.
