The Departmental Council 77, a large departmental council serving 1.4 million inhabitants, faced the challenge of managing and securing access to its information system for 5,000 agents across 70 sites. Seeking to strengthen security and simplify daily use for its users, the council selected Systancia and its Systancia Access solution to implement a single sign-on (SSO) system.

The solution implemented by Systancia streamlined authentication to 60 business applications for 3,500 agents, significantly enhancing security by enforcing a strong password policy and eliminating the need for written passwords. The improved user experience was particularly valuable during the 2020 telework deployment, allowing agents to access their familiar work environment seamlessly from anywhere. Systancia's teams provided responsive expertise throughout the project, ensuring its successful implementation and ongoing development.
