Case Study: GPNE secures remote access with Systancia ZTNA and PAM cloud services

A Systancia Case Study

Preview of the GPNE Case Study

Secure all remote accesses regardless of the use case

The customer, the GPNE Hospital Group, faced the challenge of securing widespread remote access for its employees and IT service providers in the wake of the Covid-19 telework boom. Their existing SSL VPN was insufficient for securing access from unmanaged devices, and they needed to clearly separate and trace the activities of different user types. They turned to vendor Systancia for a secure solution.

Systancia implemented its ZTNA and PAM cloud services, specifically the Workroom Session Service for teleworkers and the Cleanroom Session Service for providers. The solution provided secure, HTML5-based access without requiring agent installation, enforced a least-privilege security model, and featured detailed session recording for auditors. This allowed GPNE to quickly support up to 200 simultaneous remote users with enhanced security and without adding infrastructure management overhead for its IT team.
