Case Study: Klesia centralizes privileged account security with Systancia IPdiva Cleanroom

A Systancia Case Study

Preview of the KLESIA Case Study

Secure administrators’ access with a sterile, controlled and single-use work environment

Klesia, a non-profit social protection group with 3,500 employees, faced the challenge of centralizing the management of over 1,000 privileged accounts across its historical directories. To enhance security and meet audit requirements, they needed to better protect administrator accounts, prevent rights usurpation, and ensure traceability of actions, both for internal staff and external outsourced services. The company selected vendor Systancia to implement its IPdiva Cleanroom solution to address these needs.

Systancia's solution provided a sterile, single-use virtual workstation for administrators, combining PAM, VDI, SSO, and VPN technologies to significantly reduce the attack surface. The implementation allowed for session recording and a password vault, while a concurrent-user licensing model perfectly fit Klesia's use of external services. As a result, Klesia achieved a standardized, secure administrator workstation, assured the sterility of each session, and met stringent security requirements for privileged access management.
