Secure access for the entire ecosystem

Tourcoing Hospital Center, a major healthcare institution, faced the challenge of complying with strict healthcare regulations while needing to provide secure, nominative remote access for telemedicine and trace all actions of external service providers. To address this, they partnered with vendor Systancia to implement solutions including Systancia Gate and Systancia Cleanroom.

Systancia implemented its Gate solution for secure, adaptable remote access and its Cleanroom solution for privileged access management and session control. This allowed the hospital to quickly deploy a telemedicine solution, which expanded from an initial dozen users to about a hundred radiologists in the region, and also extended to pharmacists. The results included full regulatory compliance, a drastically reduced deployment time compared to the previous solution, and secure, traceable access for the entire ecosystem.
