Case Study: Meurthe-et-Moselle Departmental Council secures remote access and homeworking with Systancia Gate

The Meurthe-et-Moselle Departmental Council, a regional government body with thousands of employees, needed to securely enable remote and home office work. Their challenge was to enhance security for external access to their information system, especially for employees using personal devices, while following national cybersecurity recommendations. They turned to vendor Systancia and its solution, IPdiva Secure (now called Systancia Gate).

Systancia implemented its ANSSI-qualified ZTNA solution, which provided a single secure portal for accessing all business applications. The solution included compliance checks for connecting devices and streamlined access management for IT. After a successful proof of concept, Systancia's solution was deployed for 600 users within four months, providing a secure and user-friendly remote work experience and simplifying the administration of all external access, including for IT service providers.
