Picoty develops a private cloud model by changing virtualization solutions

Group Picoty, accompanied by its IT subsidiary Gamac, faced the challenge of simplifying access to and management of its applications. Their existing virtualization solution was too expensive and required constant daily attention to be fully operational. To address this, they partnered with vendor Systancia and implemented its Workplace solution.

The Systancia Workplace solution was easily integrated without replacing existing infrastructure, centralizing application access through a single web portal. It specifically solved major technical issues with printing across the group's heterogeneous hardware. As a result, Picoty optimized application deployment for its employees and successfully opened towards a "private cloud" model, allowing the group to develop projects quickly while controlling its IT tool. Systancia provided a quality of service and economic approach that was appreciated by both the IT department and end users.
