Case Study: A2COM achieves HDS certification and secure healthcare data hosting with Systancia Cleanroom

Hosting and outsourcing sensitive data from health organizations

A2COM, a French IT service provider specializing in hosting and outsourcing sensitive data, faced the challenge of needing to obtain ISO 27001 and HDS (Health Data Hosting) certifications. This was a business necessity to host and manage sensitive health data for its clients, requiring a solution to ensure complete traceability and prevent any data leaks during administrative actions.

To meet this challenge, A2COM selected and implemented the Systancia Cleanroom solution from vendor Systancia. This Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution provided native SSO integration, separate administration sessions for each client to ensure total data separation, and comprehensive monitoring of all connections. The implementation was a direct factor in A2COM successfully obtaining its HDS certification, enabling them to securely host health data and offer compliant outsourcing services to healthcare organizations.
