SYSPRO ERP Software was implemented with integrated bar‑coding (via Bar‑Code for Impact) and enhanced lot/allergen tracking, automating previously manual MRP and purchasing processes. The solution delivered real‑time data for faster response to market and customer requests, improved control and reporting of manufacturing processes, accurate inventory information to inform purchasing and cash‑flow decisions, and the ability to measure product and customer profitability.
