Telemark Diversified Graphics, a paper manufacturer best known for custom-printed ATM receipts, POS rolls and parking tickets, was struggling under a failed industry-specific system that left order accuracy weak, month-end closes taking 2½–3 months, accounting staff overextended and employees demoralized.
