SYSPRO Helps Fuel Growth at PermianLide After Company Outgrows QuickBooks

PermianLide, the largest U.S. manufacturer of above‑ground storage tanks and processing equipment, had outgrown QuickBooks as it expanded through a merger and rapid growth to some 450 employees, multiple plants and warehouses. Seeking one customer file, one warehouse file and consolidated financials across many sites, PermianLide selected SYSPRO ERP Software and its suite (including SYSPRO Financials, Report Writer, MRP, BOM, WIP, SQL Manager, Inventory and other modules) to replace fragmented systems and gain visibility into all locations.

SYSPRO ERP Software implemented a comprehensive ERP rollout—eventually deploying 15 SYSPRO modules—to deliver branch-level and consolidated reporting, accurate income statements by company line, improved transaction processing and support for lean manufacturing. The solution gave PermianLide a single, consolidated view across its operations (supporting growth to eight manufacturing plants and coverage of the merged organization’s locations and warehouses), faster remediation of plant issues, better customer service and more accurate, timely reporting.
