Performance Machine, a leading aftermarket manufacturer of motorcycle wheels, brakes and controls and part of Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG), struggled with limited visibility into sales forecasting and warehouse management, plus inefficiencies, time lags and inaccurate reporting that made it hard to meet shipment promises and maintain customer satisfaction. To tackle these issues, Performance Machine implemented SYSPRO ERP Software—initially installing a full MRP suite in 1992 and later adding ERP components such as integrated forecasting.

By deploying SYSPRO ERP Software’s MRP and forecasting capabilities, Performance Machine achieved world-class inventory planning and controls, more accurate demand forecasting, and greater operational responsiveness—supporting the shipment of over 300,000 wheels and tens of thousands of parts, and boosting customer satisfaction. The improvements were substantial enough that parent company MAG and subsidiary Vance & Hines also adopted SYSPRO (Vance went live in January 2016).
