AF Gason, an Australasia-based designer and manufacturer of broadacre farm machinery and industrial products, needed an enterprise system to provide a single source of truth across its entire supply chain. In 2011 the company partnered with SYSPRO ERP Software, implementing SYSPRO 8 and SYSPRO MOM to unify finance, procurement, inventory, shop-floor recording and product traceability.

SYSPRO ERP Software delivered an end-to-end ERP and Manufacturing Operations Management solution that captures shop-floor data, job management and traceability while supporting finance and inventory controls. AF Gason reports a 100% improvement in results, more than 20% better job recording accuracy, roughly 50% higher shop-floor efficiency, a 30% reduction in engineering-change backlog and about a 10% productivity gain from mobile/tablet use, along with improved inventory visibility and ISO 9001 traceability.
