Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS) is a Nairobi‑based faith‑based nonprofit that provides warehousing, distribution and quality assurance for medicines and medical supplies across Kenya and neighboring countries. Facing unintegrated third‑party applications and fragmented systems that made end‑to‑end visibility and control difficult, MEDS engaged SYSPRO ERP Software and upgraded to SYSPRO 8 to centralize operations and modernize its supply chain.

SYSPRO ERP Software implemented SYSPRO 8 (including SYSPRO Avanti and modules for CRM, assets register and integrations) to automate processes, enable remote field access and integrate Labware, HR and barcode systems. The deployment cut order processing time from 4 days to 1 day (a 75% reduction), raised employee productivity by about 15% and drove operational efficiency gains of roughly 85%, while improving collaboration, visibility and customer satisfaction.
