Primex optimizes SYSPRO for growth and competitive advantage

Primex Manufacturing, a Langley, British Columbia–based plastics and rubber company that designs telecom enclosures, faced the need to share common data across the enterprise and required an ERP with a flexible, open architecture to add, upgrade and swap components. To address this, Primex standardized on SYSPRO ERP Software, deploying SYSPRO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Work in Progress, Inventory, Product Configurator, Bill of Materials, Sales Orders and Cash Book while seeking strong interoperability with Microsoft and other tools.

SYSPRO ERP Software delivered an .NET-based integration framework and Office integration that tied SYSPRO to third‑party solutions (barcode/scanning, CRM, LabelView, Excel Power Pivot, Budget Maestro, etc.), enabling secure data access and consolidated reporting. The solution reduced duplicate data entry, put information at management’s fingertips, improved collaboration between engineers and customers, increased scalability and flexibility, and became Primex’s financial and operational backbone for faster reporting and streamlined operations.
