Perfect Potion, a Brisbane-based manufacturer and retailer of organic skincare and aromatherapy products, needed to improve and simplify business processes, move toward a more paperless operation, and gain better reporting and accessibility across its manufacturing (500 SKUs) and retail (800 SKUs, 18 stores) operations. To achieve this, Perfect Potion opted to upgrade its long-standing SYSPRO implementation to SYSPRO 8 with help from SYSPRO ERP Software.

SYSPRO ERP Software’s implementation team executed a staged upgrade—including UAT—over four weeks with no interruption to daily operations. The SYSPRO 8 deployment delivered enhanced reporting and business insights, automated email distribution of reports, live postings to the general ledger, predictive text and cleaner interfaces, and opened the path to POS and further order-processing automation. These changes have saved staff time, improved accuracy and productivity, and supported Perfect Potion’s ongoing growth.
