Kenya Wine Agencies Ltd (KWAL), Kenya’s first commercial winery and a major manufacturer, importer and distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, faced the challenge of integrating its ERP environment after Distell acquired a majority share in 2017. The company needed a standardized, group-wide system to align financials, product and customer data and provide Distell with deeper operational visibility.
