Keegor Group, a long-established manufacturer of fire assay and precious metals refining equipment, faced insufficient warehouse and operational controls, inaccurate job costing, risk of fraud from largely manual systems, and delays between quoting and delivery that hurt customer service. The results were dramatic: Keegor achieved 157% revenue growth, profit before tax increased by 864%, and sales per employee rose 111%, alongside near‑optimal stock levels, faster order-to-delivery cycles, and reduced risk of error and fraud.
