Hudaco Industries’ battery cluster — comprising Eternity Technologies, Specialised Battery Systems and Deltec Energy Solutions — needed to migrate three separate business systems onto a single, fully integrated ERP to tighten controls and boost efficiency. Hudaco selected SYSPRO ERP Software’s SYSPRO 8 as the standardized solution to address reporting, internal controls, work-in-progress and inventory management gaps.

SYSPRO ERP Software implemented SYSPRO 8 across the three businesses (new installs for Eternity and Deltec; an upgrade for Specialised Battery Systems) with partner Normandy Computer Services, finishing the rollout in two months using only 55% of the allocated budget. The implementation delivered stronger internal controls and audit trails, improved WIP, inventory and MRP visibility, and faster reporting — cutting report generation from several days to one day — resulting in measurable operational efficiency gains and reduced fraud risk.
