Epicentre Trading, a Brisbane-based promotional products manufacturer and supplier, was growing in complexity and needed a market-leading eCommerce platform and better financial visibility to support expansion. The company relied on SYSPRO ERP Software (running SYSPRO Version 7.1) and set out to unlock more of the ERP’s capabilities—particularly eCommerce integration and landed-cost tracking—to simplify operations and scale without increasing headcount.

Working with SYSPRO ERP Software and partners (MNM Solutions and Room 40 Group), Epicentre deployed a Magento-based eCommerce site integrated bi-directionally to SYSPRO, used SYSPRO’s Landed Cost Tracking and automated order-to-purchase workflows, and tied freight and stock visibility back into the ERP. The solution streamlined quoting, order entry and reporting, provided real-time inventory visibility, minimized touchpoints, and enabled roughly 15% annual growth and increased turnover without adding staff.
