Dynojet Fuels Growth with SYSPRO Software

Dynojet Research, Inc., a Las Vegas–based world leader in dynamometers and Power Commanders, faced rapid growth, multiple manufacturing sites (including international operations), limited inventory visibility, rudimentary service records, and the need to process warranty registrations for 8,000–10,000 Power Commanders a month. To address these challenges the company implemented SYSPRO ERP Software—using SYSPRO ERP modules, SYSPRO e.net solutions, SYSPRO CRM and the RMA module—to centralize order processing, inventory control and customer service.

Deployed on a central server with a 24-user license and accessed via direct client/server and Citrix over Cisco VPN, SYSPRO ERP Software (with an e.net interface built by reseller CBS Systems) automated online warranty registration, greatly reducing manual registration work for thousands of units per month. The solution increased inventory visibility, lowered product return ratios, sped order turnaround, reduced labor hours, enabled rapid integration of an acquired operation in weeks, and helped Dynojet scale support without proportionally growing staff—contributing to revenue growth from $7M in 1996 to an expected ~$40M.
