Bennett Tool & Die Co., a 75-employee Tennessee metal stamping and die-cast manufacturer, faced rapid growth and a market shift as customers adopted just-in-time (JIT) purchasing, forcing the company to move from a job-shop mentality to a make-to-stock model.
