Norman Goodfellows is a third‑generation, family‑owned food and beverage retailer and redistributor in South Africa, operating multiple stores and warehouses and handling up to 1,000 deliveries a day. Facing no real‑time overview of stock, manual POS/finance reconciliations, unquantified stock losses and limited profitability insight, Norman Goodfellows implemented SYSPRO ERP Software (including SYSPRO Point of Sale, Warehouse Management System and B2B sales order integration) to replace its disparate systems.
