Sysomos delivered reach, engagement and sentiment metrics plus a raw API feed that integrates with Google’s internal dashboards, automating data pulls and saving time. The solution gave the team a clear view of larger conversations and campaign performance, and created a foundation for deeper analysis tying social data to product objectives.
