SysEleven, a cloud and Kubernetes service provider, needed to establish a georedundant third region for its infrastructure to offer its customers high-availability solutions and comply with stringent data protection regulations. The challenge was to find a colocation partner with a strategic European location and the highest security certifications to host this new region to enhance their disaster recovery capabilities.

SysEleven chose NTT's Global Data Centers division to host its new region at the Frankfurt 1 facility. The solution provided a secure, high-performance colocation space connected to SysEleven's existing network, supported by NTT's Remote Hands service. The results included a 25% increase in cluster performance for customers, the implementation of new security features like data encryption at rest, and the ability to guarantee full GDPR compliance with data stored entirely within its European infrastructure.
