Sky Italia, part of the Sky group, needed a faster way to train thousands of employees across Italy and Eastern Europe as product launches accelerated. Their traditional classroom-based training and externally produced videos were slow, hard to scale, and difficult to update, delaying new product rollouts and making it harder to keep customer-facing teams aligned.
