SimCorp, a Denmark-based enterprise software company with more than 3,000 employees across 32 offices, needed a faster way to create brand-compliant product explainer videos for marketing, sales, and events. Using Synthesia, Mochie Cuyco, Senior Branding Specialist, was responsible for turning scripts, PowerPoints, and self-recorded footage into polished videos aligned to SimCorp’s brand guidelines, but the process was slow, hard to update, and difficult for untrained colleagues to participate in.
With Synthesia’s AI video platform, SimCorp built a reusable template that streamlined video creation with scripts, scene elements, avatars, and built-in media assets. The result was more than 300 CVI-compliant videos produced by one person, a 5x increase in video production speed, and the ability to create two 3–4 minute videos in a single day. Synthesia also made edits easier, reduced manual steps, and improved internal satisfaction with high-quality content without self-recording.
