Sazerac Company, Inc., the largest spirits company in the United States, needed a better way to train its rapidly growing, widely dispersed sales team across five states. With in-person sessions hard to scale, Regional Sales Performance Coach Caroline Goldsmith was relying on voiceovers over PowerPoint, but the process was time-consuming to update, lacked flexibility, and didn’t consistently engage remote learners.
Using Synthesia, Caroline created branded AI training videos for Sazerac by writing scripts, choosing templates and avatars, and publishing the finished content to the company’s LMS.
