Persado, a customer engagement platform headquartered in New York, needed a faster way to train its global sales force as products and messaging evolved. Traditional live video conference sessions were effective for practice, but they were time-consuming, difficult to schedule across time zones, and not ideal for on-demand learning.
Using Synthesia, Persado’s training team turned SME scripts into bite-sized AI videos with avatars, scenes, and LMS-ready content. The result was a major boost in scale and efficiency: video production time dropped from two weeks to about four hours, a 95% reduction, while the team created 120+ training videos, populated 40+ courses, and updated over 100 videos in less than a month for a product release.
