Insight Global, a global staffing and services firm, faced a growing nursing shortage and a compressed timeline for its International Transition to Practice Program. To train internationally educated nurses migrating to the U.S., the team needed to create engaging, up-to-date learning content much faster than traditional PowerPoint decks and recorded sessions would allow.

Using Synthesia’s AI video platform, Insight Global converted its curriculum into AI presenter-led training videos, including a custom avatar and voice clone for its educator. With Synthesia, the team updated content quickly and produced more than 50 videos in six months, creating training materials up to 10x faster than before and helping transition 40 nurses into the U.S. healthcare system by January, with around 100 expected by the end of Q2 2024.
