EPOS, a premium audio solutions company in Copenhagen, needed a better way to train its global network of distributors and resellers on product value propositions. Traditional text-based materials were hard to localize, time-consuming to update, and less engaging for learners, so the company looked to Synthesia’s AI video platform to improve its partner training content.
With Synthesia, EPOS’s Digital Learning Specialist Kristine Højsager Jensen created branded, multilingual training videos by scripting content, adding avatars, and generating updates quickly. The result was more than 100 videos across 40 training modules, a 90% course completion rate among channel partners, and about 50% time saved in content creation.
