How Electrolux trains 15,000 customers, partners & employees in 30+ languages

Electrolux Group, the global home appliance company behind brands like Electrolux, AEG, and Frigidaire, needed a better way to train 15,000 customers, partners, and employees across Europe. Their challenge was creating engaging training content and localizing it into 30+ languages without relying on costly, time-consuming text-based materials or external video production. They used Synthesia’s AI video platform to help create short commercial and service training videos.

With Synthesia, Electrolux could upload scripts or PowerPoints, add avatars, and translate videos into 35 languages with a single click, while local trainers only needed to review and adjust translations. The result was more than 40 video modules deployed across European markets, with complete training videos produced in about 2 hours and localized content ready in just a few clicks. Synthesia also enabled adoption by over 40 trainers across the region, making training faster, more scalable, and more engaging.
