How Dixa built a beautiful Synthesia-powered customer video training hub

Dixa, a Denmark-based omnichannel customer service software company, wanted to build a fully video-based onboarding and training experience for its customers and agents through Dixa Academy. The team needed a faster, more flexible, and more scalable way to produce training content than traditional video creation allowed, especially as their product and learning materials evolved.

Using Synthesia, Dixa created onboarding videos in minutes by turning short scripts into AI videos with avatars, voiceovers, and built-in slides. The results were strong: over 75 training videos and 20+ courses were produced in a year, creation time dropped to about one-third of the old process, and course completion rate reached 95%+ among 1,800 enrolled learners.
