How Carlisle security trains over 10,000 employees in 7 languages

Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a leading global manufacturing company with around 14,000 employees and more than 90 sites, needed a faster and more effective way to deliver security training across its workforce. Traditional written materials and outsourced video training were difficult to tailor, localize, and update, especially for multiple languages and evolving compliance needs.

Using Synthesia, Carlisle’s Information Security Program Manager Joe Cowan created scripted training videos directly in the platform and quickly updated or republished them as policies changed. Synthesia helped Carlisle produce more than 50 videos, deliver training in 7 languages, and cut creation time dramatically—one phishing training video was completed in 2 days, about 90% faster than the 3 weeks external production would have required—while also reducing translation costs.
