Coach USA Turns Around Troubled Oracle R12 Upgrade and Reduces Infrastructure Costs with Syntax

Coach USA, a transportation company headquartered in Paramus, New Jersey, needed high-level Oracle expertise after an unsuccessful upgrade from Oracle E-Business Suite 10.7 to Oracle R12. Syntax remediated the upgrade issues, completed the Oracle R12.1.3 migration on time and on budget, and later moved Coach USA’s Oracle infrastructure to the Syntax Enterprise Cloud after Hurricane Sandy exposed the need for stronger uptime and disaster recovery.
