Atrium Centralizes Global IT Systems Using Syntax Managed Services and Cloud Computing

Atrium Innovations, a global dietary supplement company with manufacturing facilities in North America and Europe, faced a growing IT challenge as it acquired multiple companies and each division ran separate systems that did not communicate well with headquarters or one another. The lack of integration made it difficult to compare business metrics and complicated regulatory compliance across divisions. Atrium turned to Syntax for managed services and cloud computing support.

Syntax implemented Syntax Enterprise Cloud for JD Edwards along with Remote Managed Services to centralize Atrium’s global IT environment. Syntax helped move workloads to a hosted facility, supporting more than 200 servers and enabling unified data, ERP capabilities, and streamlined FDA validation across sites. As a result, Atrium reduced IT complexity, improved compliance, and was able to focus more on its core business instead of infrastructure management.
