Case Study: Parkeon achieves PCI-compliant, secure payment solutions with Synopsys Seeker

A Synopsys Case Study

Preview of the Parkeon Case Study

Parkeon Delivering Highest Security with Seeker®

Parkeon, a global leader in parking management and ticketing solutions deployed across 55 countries and thousands of cities, needed to harden its payment and ticketing platform against growing e‑commerce and remote POS threats. With frequent agile releases and an existing DAST approach that didn’t meet their needs, Parkeon required an automated, developer-friendly security solution that ensured end‑to‑end protection and PCI DSS compliance for its ArchiPEL payment system.

Parkeon adopted Seeker (IAST), which maps sensitive data flows, automatically tracks payment data, and links vulnerabilities directly to source code with actionable remediation guidance. The tool integrated into Parkeon’s development pipeline, reduced false positives, sped up security testing, improved developer/tester collaboration and secure‑coding awareness, and helped ensure ongoing PCI compliance with each release.
