Workpoint, a major Thai content producer with about 700 staff, faced rapidly growing storage needs—generating roughly 4 TB of HD footage per week—and frequent file fragmentation, version conflicts and data loss from scattered external drives. To centralize and protect their assets, Workpoint chose Synology Inc. solutions, deploying RS10613xs+ units with RX1213sas expansion enclosures and DiskStation Manager (DSM) for management.

Synology Inc. implemented dual RS10613xs+ + RX1213sas sets with 10GbE NIC support, Synology High Availability (SHA), Synology Hybrid RAID (SHR), redundant power and LAN failover, giving up to 636 TB of scalable centralized storage and much faster data throughput. The result: easy, secure access for 20–30 staff, reduced duplication and version conflicts, prevention of prior drive-failure data loss, seamless takeover via HA and — per Workpoint’s IT head — no problems since deployment.
