Synology Inc. deployed a Synology RackStation RS3617RPxs (48TB) at an offsite location and configured local backups (domain controller, QuickBooks/print servers) to replicate overnight to the offsite NAS. The Synology solution removed manual drive handling, protected the full 4TB across 40 campuses, enabled remote restores from anywhere, reduced potential downtime, and lowered IT travel and management overhead while delivering scalable capacity and faster, more reliable recovery.
