Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd, the exclusive Audi dealer in Singapore, faced a complex analog camera setup across two service buildings that made simultaneous monitoring and quick evidence retrieval difficult. Seeking an easy-to-integrate, user-friendly video surveillance solution, they turned to Synology Inc., adopting its Surveillance Station software along with Synology hardware including the RS2414+ and VS360HD units.

Synology Inc. deployed one RS2414+ for centralized, scalable storage and two VS360HD units for PC-less live monitoring, connecting 32 HD/Full HD cameras across both buildings via LAN. The Synology solution (Surveillance Station + RS2414+ + VS360HD) enabled efficient centralized monitoring, fast retrieval/playback, PTZ control, snapshots and export capabilities—allowing staff to monitor all activities across the two major buildings reliably and cost-effectively, with performance that exceeded expectations.
