Synology Inc. was chosen to provide the core solution—Surveillance Station running on Synology DiskStation and RackStation appliances (models such as DS112+, DS112j, DS212, RS812+, and VisualStation VS80) paired with Axis IP cameras—to simplify setup and reduce administrative burden.

Synology Inc. implemented Surveillance Station across the hotels with central storage on DiskStation/RackStation, using the Synology Wizard for fast initial setup. The result is 24/7 recording with an intuitive web interface for instant access, filtering and snapshots, automated email notifications (e.g., power-failure alerts) to minimize downtime, and centralized, manageable archiving for evidence retrieval—delivering faster administration, reliable monitoring, and measurable improvements in response and storage management.
