To achieve centralized management and real-time availability, Motivate turned to Synology Inc., adopting RS2418RP+ units with RX1217RP expansion, Synology High Availability, Synology Chat and file-sharing services.

Synology Inc. deployed two RS2418RP+ systems (each with an RX1217RP) in separate server rooms as a High Availability active/passive cluster, replicating data in real time and enabling failover within seconds to maximize uptime. The rollout simplified secure file sharing and remote access, added encrypted on‑premise mobile collaboration via Synology Chat, and delivered measurable business continuity — as Motivate’s CIO said, “We were able to meet our objectives from the time we went live on the Synology solution.”
