Echo Entertainment, a producer of live broadcast event programming, faced challenges with its slow and inaccessible video editing storage. The company needed a fast solution to download and edit footage on location to meet tight turnaround times for clients. They turned to Synology Inc. and implemented its tower storage servers to solve this.

Synology provided high-speed network storage servers equipped with 10GbE networking. This allowed Echo to directly ingest multiple live video streams on site and give editors immediate local and remote access to footage. The solution eliminated up to 9 hours of transfer time per event day and enabled editors to deliver the first project iterations within 12 hours of a broadcast ending.
