Synology Inc. implemented Synology Chat on the DS916+ (DiskStation Manager) and rolled out Synology mobile apps to iPads and Android phones, adding incoming/outgoing webhook integrations for sales and maintenance workflows. The result: a smart mobile office with real-time file sync and centralized data management, over 250 colleagues now using Chat, streamlined report delivery and webhook-driven automation, and significantly reduced management and administrative costs.
