Attinis Productions is a UK artist management and production company (attinis.com) that handles large volumes of audio and video from talent submissions and in-house production. Faced with growing storage needs, concurrent staff access requirements, and strict security/backups for sensitive creative work, Attinis Productions turned to Synology Inc. for a scalable, easy-to-manage solution.

Synology Inc. recommended and deployed the RS812RP+ NAS running DiskStation Manager (DSM), consolidating dispersed files onto a single four-bay server (currently two drives in RAID 1) with File Station, Audio/Media Station, Cloud Station and Antivirus Essential. The solution gave staff fast, centralized access and in-software audio/video previewing, automated S.M.A.R.T. monitoring and RAID mirroring to protect against drive failure, plus scheduled cloud backups and network security features—effectively eliminating their storage headaches and ensuring reliable, secure access to critical assets.
