Workpro, a long-established provider of case management software for complaints, HR cases and FOI requests, faced a challenge when a UK government customer needed to match manually entered case records against Companies House data and display results on a map to reveal links between organizations. Conventional enrichment tools couldn’t flexibly match addresses and contact details, so Workpro selected Syniti’s data matching solution to deliver faster, more accurate matching within its Workpro platform.

Syniti implemented and fine-tuned its matching solution in Workpro’s clustered database environment, enabling unmatched customer records to be compared against three million Companies House records quickly and reliably. The contextual scoring matrix now surfaces matches and patterns that previously took weeks to find, with the process running overnight for new data and monthly when Companies House is refreshed; this has sped case investigations, improved match accuracy, and given users mapped and scored results they can review and act on.
