A global food manufacturer, a company with over 80,000 employees, sought to begin its SAP S/4HANA journey by implementing a Central Finance program. The challenge was to centralize and harmonize financial data from over 20 countries' existing SAP ECC systems. This required ensuring the data was relevant, accurate, and up-to-date for near real-time reporting, with the accurate harmonization of master data across all countries being a significant priority.

Syniti deployed a solution using its SAP Advanced Data Migration platform, Syniti Data Replication (SDR), and its Central Finance Accelerator. This two-phased approach involved master data harmonization and load, followed by ongoing real-time data replication and validation into the SAP S/4HANA system.
